蔷薇的故事
王子的花园里，每一朵花儿都是用心养成的，每一朵花儿都属于不同的人。
小蔷薇就出生在这儿。从她还是小花苞的时候起，照看她的就是他。在他无微不至的关怀下，她小心翼翼地从绿色的房间里探出头，欣喜地打量着这个世界，打量着他。他脉脉地笑着望着她。在凝视他的刹那，从他的眼神里，她明白了，她的一生都是属于他的。
小蔷薇一天天长大，每天，她都以最美丽的样子出现在他的面前。而他总是笑着，为她浇水，为她打扮，为她遮风挡雨。
花园里的花儿都在盛放，为了自己的主人，为了那颗爱护她们的心。一天夜里，小蔷薇惊奇的发现，在她身旁多了一朵美丽的玫瑰花苞。还没有出世的玫瑰花就如此出众，如此地多姿——她是属于王子的花，独一无二的玫瑰。
王子的深情呵开了小玫瑰的花苞。她一瓣一瓣地把自己的美绽放出来，倦怠的花蕊揉着丝一般的花瓣；她微微的笑着，那么从容，那么高雅；她的香味弥散在风中，她的花瓣轻漾着幸福。
小蔷薇在见到她的一刹那就被折服了——好美的花啊！小蔷薇也是甜甜的望着她的新邻居。两朵花儿很快就成了无话不说的好朋友。
王子再一次来到花园的时候，一下子就为晨光中的玫瑰的美打动了。但是他知道，每一朵花儿都是属于不同的人，他不屑于她，他只拥有小蔷薇。
蔷薇还是灿烂地等待着他，他也一如既往地关心着她，爱护着她。只是偶尔他会久久凝望小蔷薇身边的玫瑰，他会轻轻为她掠去身边的杂草，他会为她的叹息而忧郁，他会为她的容光而微笑。
正因为如此，他没有发现，他的蔷薇在一天天的虚弱。蔷薇是多愁善感的花儿，她爱着他，她关注着他的一举一动。敏感的她很快发现了他对玫瑰的感情。无言，她很快虚弱下去。可是，除了每天在他到来之前，更加精心的打扮自己，不让他发现自己的虚弱以外，善良的蔷薇还能做些什么呢？渐渐地，蔷薇无法安眠了。
夜里，虚弱的她总是默默地看着天真、纯洁地玫瑰，独自在夜风里哭泣。玫瑰没有错，她为王子而绽放，蔷薇也没有错，她为他而盛开；王子也没有错，他还是一心一意的照顾着她，只是偶尔望望玫瑰的身姿。可是，也许他不明白蔷薇有多敏感，多脆弱。只有他全部的爱才能撑起她的一生。
精心的打扮已经掩饰不了她生命的枯竭。那天，她含情脉脉地目送他离去后，回过身，望着正盛开的玫瑰，幽幽的说：“玫瑰，我要走了。他对我很好，总是那么无微不至；他以为他爱的是我，拥有的是我，但是他的意识里爱着的是你，只有我看得出来，……没有他全部的爱，我是活不过今天的。我只希望，没有我的日子里，他可以幸福。玫瑰，好好绽放你的美丽，为了王子，也为了我，好吗？” 玫瑰哭了，“可是，可是他是你的，你是他的，这还不够吗？他爱的是你啊……”玫瑰没有说完，因为她看见蔷薇花倒了下去，脸上还带着浅浅的笑容和淡淡的忧郁。
次日，王子来到花园的时候，看到的只是倒下的蔷薇和含着泪水的玫瑰。缓缓地，他对她说：“我的蔷薇，你怎么这么傻，我是你的，你是我的，你应该明白、应该知道的啊……”
知道吗？蔷薇花的花语是——爱的思念。

Once Upon an Emo Time 3
Continued from Chapter 2

Chapter 3: Impaled Heart..
Things didn't get better since that day.. and the Canary was left disappointed again. But she still hold on to the belief, that one day.. things will change for the better and her owner will come back to shower her with the love as he did before.
But instead of what she hoped for, the same incident happened again.. the cage was once again left wide open. But this time.. it seems intentional, it looks like the owner had the intention to let the Canary go..
Or is it? maybe it's just a test, a test of faith.. thought the Canary.
The Canary hesitated once again, thousands of questions ran across her mind..
What if this..? And what if that..?
"The path is clear and obvious, lightning can't strike the same place twice. This is no coincidence." said the Swallow.
The Canary sat in her cage for a day before finally plucking out her courage to step out of her cage. The Swallow was really happy for the Canary, it may be a tough decision, but it's a breakthrough.
The next few days, the Swallow teaches the Canary how to fly again and restored her confidence.. The Canary looks a lot happier during these days, she is finally able to fly again and meet more friends. Her dull feathers starts to glitter once more, and she is able to sing like never before.
One fine morning.. The Swallow was unable to find Canary, he searched high and low to familiar places they have been to.. but to no avail. The Swallow starts to worry and begins to anticipate the worst possible scenario, until he heard the singing of the Canary.. he followed the voices and finally found the Canary. But what he saw was devastating and heart wrecking..
The Canary was found.. once again singing in her cage.. the cage she has left just a few days ago! The Swallow felt as if a sword had impaled through his heart.. from the inside.. after putting so much efforts to get her out, teaching her to fly and to look for a new direction in life. And there she is, voluntarily shutting herself in again.
The pain in his heart.. is beyond describable. It hurt so much.. that he was unable to fly for the next few days.
The Swallow asked: "Why?"
The Canary replied: "I know it's unfair to you, but there are some things that can't be explained.. I am just unable to let go of this feelings.. I am really sorry.."
The hapless Swallow walked away.. wounded badly from within.. Unfortunately.. he is also unable to let go of his feeling.. which is why he started this blog.. as an outlet.. to pour out his deepest emotion.
Time will heal all wounds.. but the scars will still remains..

Once Upon an Emo Time 2...
Continued from Chapter 1

Chapter 2: An Open Cage
The canary and the swallow soon became close friends.. there is nothing that they won't talk about. No matter what the topic is, the swallow never fails to cheer up the canary and put that smile on her.
A special bond between them was magically created over time. Their distance.. unknowingly grows closer and closer, the only thing in between them is the cage.
The swallow soon realized this distance and went on to confess his love to the canary.
The canary too admit having the same feeling.. but she is unable to accept the love from the swallow, as she still has some feeling for her owner.
Though disappointed by this setback, the swallow never give up and continue to visit the canary everyday.
One day, the owner came out of the room to replenish the food in the cage, without a word, he rushed out of the house, leaving the cage door open.
Both the canary and the swallow saw it happened.. whether is it accidental or on purpose.. The swallow sees it as an opportunity for the canary to regain her freedom, while the canary hesitate..
The canary was worried of 2 things..
1: Her owner had accidentally left the cage open and will be furious or upset to see her gone when he returned.
2: After being caged for so long.. will she be able to fly again? or will she fall?
Her wings are feeling kinda stiff, and she has long forgotten what it's like to fly. The swallow assured her, that she will be able to fly, as flying is a natural thing for a bird. And even if she were to falls.. he will be around to catch her.
Despite his assurance, the canary still hesitated and stay rooted in the cage.
The owner didn't return home for a few days.. the cage was left open, and each day.. the food in the cage gets lesser and lesser.
The canary remains in the cage, not even stepping 1 foot out of the open cage.
Each day.. she prays for her owner to return home and replenish her food.. but as each day passed by.. she gets more and more disappointed..
The swallow patiently waited outside her cage to keep her company and encouraging her to take the step out for her freedom. But still.. she refused, holding on to the belief that her owner will return and change for the better.
The owner did returned eventually and was surprised that the canary didn't fly out of her open cage. he rewarded the canary with a special treat and took her out for a day.
This made the canary very happy for that instance, but the happiness was short-lived as things didn't improved much and life went on as before.
The swallow was upset at how the owner was treating the canary, but there is little he could do about it. All he could do is to stay around the canary and cheer her up when things are going down and low.
Hopefully.. things will change for the better.. or so he thought..

Once Upon an Emo Time...
Chapter 1: The Man, the Canary and the Swallow
There once was young man.. who had a Canary.. the Canary has a lovely voice and beautiful feathers that glitters like gold in the sunlight.
The man loves the Canary a lot and feed her with food and water regularly.
The Canary loves the man too, for the love and affection he showered on her, and would sing beautifully everyday.
The man would bring her around in a cage whenever he goes to show it off to his friends. And the Canary would sing beautifully each time.
Days, weeks and months gone by...
In a blink of an eye, a year has passed..
The man found other passions and stop bringing the canary out, nevertheless the canary continue to sing in her cage as usual.
Each passing day.. the food and water in the cage get lesser and lesser.. and so does the interaction between the man and the canary.
The man would locked himself in the room all day.. coming out only once in a while for his own meal and replenishing a little food for her, before going back to the room again without a word. The canary would continue singing, sometimes, at the top of her voice.. hoping that her voice could reach the man in the room, and reminding the man of her existence.
This carry on for a few months until the canary fell sick.
Seeing how the food and water almost ran out and the man doesn't even seem to care was devastating to the canary.
The canary was sad and disappointed.. but still.. she wanted to reach out to the man.. and started to sing again.. this time... with a sad tune.
One day, a young Swallow drop by outside the canary's cage and started chatting up with her. The Swallow was enchanted by the beautiful voice of the canary and had been secretly listening to her singing outside the window. The swallow was well aware of the canary's situation, and when he heard the sad tune.. he knows he have to do something.
Everyday, the swallow will bring some food and water to the canary and spent most of the day chatting with her.
The canary was glad to have a companion to share her woe and started to cheer up. Her health starts getting better and she was able to sing beautifully again.
But her situation doesn't changed.. the food in the cage continue to get lesser and lesser.. while the young swallow continue to bring food for her everyday.
Will things get any better if this goes on?
